Agreement
By using sydsscents.com or purchasing from Sydney's Scents, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products
We sell hand-poured soy candles in small batches. Colors, fragrance intensity, and appearance can vary slightly between pours. Product photos and descriptions are for illustration; availability and pricing may change without notice.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
Shipping & risk
Shipping rates and timing are shown at checkout when available. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier receives the package, except where law requires otherwise. Please inspect packages on arrival and contact us promptly about damage or shortages.
Returns & refunds
Because candles are personal-care / fragrance goods, unused and unopened items may be eligible for return within a reasonable window if you contact us first. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded as appropriate. Custom or heavily used items generally cannot be returned. Email [email protected] to start a request.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to admin or API areas, scrape in a way that harms service, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Disclaimer & liability
The site and products are provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sydney's Scents is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
